We envision a Singaporean economy that is vibrant in its diversity and founded on its capacity to embrace all skills and talents.
To do this, the way we educate our children must be transformed.

We need to enable youths to be recognized, developed and honoured in all manner of vocational skill sets, trade talents and passions.
We want to open possibilities for their talents to realize themselves as a means of livelihood, creating unique meaning and value in their lives.
For this to happen, a new means of assessment becomes critical to affirm the youths transitioning into young adulthood. As they experience their skill sets tested in the market reality, we want to inspire and have them see that they have something to contribute to Singapore and the world.

We are advocates for opportunity. In each opportunity there will also come empowerment for young people, followed by increased dignity and identity. We hope to give birth to an organism and culture beyond apathy; and have it grow into a culture of innovation, ownership and connection with our society.

We want to re-imagine their relevance to create a remarkable Singapore.
